Acknowledge God when you Pray
Acknowledge is to accept or to recognize to bring into your awareness:
The power of assurance that comes when you acknowledge God when you pray is astounding; when you believe He’s there. There is an overwhelmingness that brings you to the place of humility and gratefulness. No matter the cause that has brought you to your knees in that moment you know that God is with you and He’s listening.
James 5:16 The effectual fervent prayer of the Righteous man availeth much. A fervent prayer is a knowledgeable prayer knowing that God is very present. Having passion in prayer for Christ is a strong magnet and an intense response. I know that I know, that I know that I know, draws the Holy Ghost. Speaking from experience.
Seemingly, every prayer is a beginning, a new moment, a fresh start again. Even if the prayer is the same it is still a new beginning. You might even say that prayer is always a second chance, the liberty to always come to Christ. And when you acknowledge and know He’s with you, you will pray and pray and pray and pray and pray and pray and pray. And to know you have unity in prayer with your Savior the Person who died on the cross for your sins, words cannot be expressed, having the freedom to be yourself with Jesus Christ.
Acknowledging God when you pray shows Him that you know He’s real. Give Him the joy of knowing you recognize you are in His heavenly presence. As you grow you will have more to say about Him during prayer time. You will come to know Him in prayer as a provider, a healer, a comforter, a protector, and a rewarder of them who diligently seeks after Him. He will remind you that you were worth His death on the cross. He will tell you to “hold your head up and walk in what you know about Him.” You will find that He is an encouragement of your soul. You will experience and learn that He will guide you towards what’s best for you. You will come to know Him really as your Heavenly Father who is your Greatest Friend and Supporter.
Planting Seeds-Raising Roses
The Word states that without faith it is impossible to please God. So this life that we have can be shaped in prayer by seeking God for all that we need. Asking in faith for something you cannot see but you know in faith you have it. (Hebrews 11:1)
Some seeds of faith can start as a mustard seed and by the time of manifestation it has fully bloomed into your life like a rose.
Planning Faith
Today I am with trouble that has caused me to pray for my future. I am looking ahead for what I desire. So I plant seeds of faith to achieve these things. Next month I would like this, and the month after that I would like this and the following year in faith I would like to have this. John 14:13 States: And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Knowing that God never fails and that He cannot lie. So He states for me to ask, so I ask and plan. Thanking Him and praising Him for the victories that will rise up in the coming days and years of my life. (Hebrews 11:6)
